Tampa, FL USA — RGB Human
Resources launched a new type of recruiting/staffing firm.
Founder Charles Caro had targeted a
way to put unemployed and underemployed workers into full employment
by means of placing these workers in open positions that already
exist throughout the world.
It is widely
acknowledged that the best way to move the US and other global
economies out of the current recession is through means of putting
people back to work. While the US Government seeks to launch a
massive stimulus package that includes the creation of many
infrastructure projects for the purpose of creating jobs for
American workers these infrastructure projects may take months to
get fully underway. In the meantime world economies continue to
suffer the effects of the recession.
Clearly every time
a worker rejoins the workforce in a fully employed capacity the
economy receives a boost because the worker’s wages provide a
stimulus for the economy as a whole. Since the targeted jobs already
exist, the placement of workers in these open positions provides an
immediate stimulus for the economy with absolutely none of the lag
time that would accompany placement of workers in the infrastructure
positions created by the US Government stimulus package.
In addition to
placing workers in existing open positions RGB Human Resources will
also provide career services to registered job candidates in the
form of career training at virtually no expense along with
opportunities for networking with other job seekers and career
services professionals in both online and physical settings.
One of the key
functions of RGB Human Resources is to act as a catalytic bridge
between and among job seekers, internal staff, and employers by
means of networking activities that move well beyond the realm of
social interaction to becoming an action plan for all involved.
Registered job seekers will also have the opportunity to earn extra
income by means of listing their knowledge of open positions with
RGB Human Resources.
RGB Human
Resources’ sponsored training facilities will be opened in many
parts of the US where current unemployment are exceptionally high.
As RGB Human Resources expands it operations in the US, it will also
move to replicate its business model in many other economies around
the globe.
