Charles Caro
As a senior level executive with over ten years of
experience in marketing, business development, and
training, Charles Caro’s background includes experience
in virtually every organization role within an
organization from top executive to roles in marketing,
business development, product management, design,
quality assurance, training, recruiting, customer
service, and developer. As a seasoned expert able to
balance and manage human and financial assets, Caro is
able to maximize return on investment while ensuring
team effectiveness coupled with on-going customer and
dealer/end-user satisfaction in the marketplace. Caro
has been personally involved full life cycle projects
for products developed both for the end-user and
development communities, and is a recognized effective
leader and innovator with success in building, managing,
motivating and retaining talented, empowered teams
within both small and large diverse international
organizations.
Caro holds a B.A. in Social Science Interdisciplinary
Studies from the University of South Florida in Tampa,
Florida and an M.A. in Political Science with
concentration in the areas of International Relations
and Comparative Politics from the University of South
Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Caro has written articles on the use of technology in
the process of development, including his work on the
Community Commerce Centers Initiative, which redefines
the workplace for the 21st Century in a way
that would enable virtually any office worker with the
ability to have a maximum of a 3-5 mile commute
regardless of their location or employer.
Caro has traveled and worked in numerous around the
world outside of the United States, including China,
France, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
